The Dallas Arts District offers a wide variety of venues, from world-class performance halls to internationally renowned museums. These venues center around the spine of the Arts District, Flora Street. From the Dallas Museum of Art on the west end of Flora Street to One Arts Plaza and Dallas Black Dance Theatre on the east, the venues of the Dallas Arts District host widely celebrated performers and house some of the greatest art collections in the world.
In addition, the Dallas Arts District is home to many local performing arts organizations. The performing arts organizations of the Dallas Arts District all perform in the district, whether at the Dallas Museum of Art or Winspear Opera House, and range from accomplished volunteer choral groups to professional dance companies.
