Volunteer Information
The Volunteer Desk Attendant at The Dallas Arts District Ticket and Information Center at NorthPark presented by Cadillac is responsible for disseminating information about the Dallas Arts District to persons at NorthPark Center.
Volunteer Requirements

Warm, outgoing and professional public presence required.

Superior customer service skills and a desire to make each visitor's experience memorable is essential.

Must possess the ability to use computer to find information quickly.

Knowledge of Dallas Arts District attractions and amenities desirable (however, training will be provided).

Bilingual skills desirable, but not required.

A brief training session is required for all volunteers prior to shift assignment.
Other Information

The Ticket and Information Center is open all hours that NorthPark Center is open.

Volunteer shifts range from 2 to 3 hour blocks.

No uniform is required; a nametag is provided and required to be worn at all times during your shift.

Parking at NorthPark Center is safe, secure, covered and FREE.

Volunteering with The Dallas Arts District is separate from the volunteer opportunities available from the varied organizations within the district; volunteering with other organizations is highly encouraged and supported.

Volunteers will sign up online for available shifts.

Monthly educational opportunities will be provided to our volunteers to enhance their knowledge of the Arts District and activities.
